Agents of Change allows donors to support local, community-led solutions to poverty. 

The Unbound platform taps into the leadership, expertise and participation of communities where sponsored individuals and their families live. The people closest to the problem work together to identify a community need, apply for a grant from a local Unbound office and put their plan into action. 

“As a parent volunteer leader … we are eager in doing not just any project but a project that will leave a mark and a big impact for several people, not only for the [Unbound] sponsored beneficiaries but for the bigger community,” said Gretchen, whose group in the Philippines installed a bathroom in a classroom for children with special needs.
